No Refunds

All sales of software, digital products, and IT consulting services are final. Once the purchase is completed and the product or license is delivered, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

• This includes accidental purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.
• Delivery is considered complete once the software license, download link, or service access is provided.
• Support and troubleshooting will still be provided even though refunds are not available.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases where required by law or if a product is demonstrably defective and cannot be resolved through support.
